All of our staff have Certification as Child Development Assistants (Level 1), Workers (Level 2) and Supervisors (Level 3). Certification looks at an applicant’s post secondary training in an early childhood education or equivalent and determines if they are eligible for one of the three levels of certification.
With knowledge of childhood development, they can maximize each child’s social, physical, intellectual, creative and emotional growth. And through training in the field of Early Learning and Child Care and related human service areas, professional caregivers play a vital role in the quality of care children receive.
